The Red Dragon Restaurant opened in Gumbet in 1995 when Bodrum was experiencing a tourist boom. The restaurant achieved great success with its Chinese menu as well as Italian, Mexican, Indian, Danish and Turkish dishes included in response to demand from the wide range of tourists who came with expectations that their particular culinary preferences be catered to when on holiday.
